The Multi Engine rating extends the privileges of a Private Pilot Licence (PPL) or Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) and will allow you to pilot an aircraft with more than one engine. One of the main take-aways of the training is to understand the differences between a single engine and a multi-engine in terms of aerodynamics, performance, decision making, pilot workload and so much more.
Course entry requirements
- PPL or CPL
- Grade 1 or 2 medical certificate
- At least 100 hours PIC.
Flying a multi-engine aircraft is an exhilarating experience! It is a challenging but interesting course and is definitely a wise decision if you wish to become
a career pilot.
